DELIVERY

TIME NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR HEADPIECE: (OCCASION HEADPIECES)

As each Headpiece is made to order and great care is taken with each one, we require a minimum of 6-8 weeks (Depending on the time of the Year) to get it ready for you. Please contact kerry@lovehatsmillinery.co.uk for exact production time.

IF YOU NEED YOUR HEADPIECE SOONER:

Please contact us if you require your Headpiece sooner and we will try to make it happen for you.  Please note that during the busy times in Summer, we may require more time.

PACKAGING : (BESPOKE HEADPIECES)

Each Bespoke Headpiece is packaged with great care and sent out in our Love Hats Millinery Hatbox which is then packaged in a larger box for added protection and security.

DELIVERY IN THE UK (BESPOKE HEADPEICES)

Your parcel will be sent out by Parcel Force WorldWide Express 48 which is aimed for 2 working days

DUTIES AND TAXES:

For International shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the courier company once the package has arrived in your country.

INSURANCE & CLAIMS:

Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the Studio the courier will take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier.

Fedoras/Trilbys/Small & Medium'off the shelf' Occasion Hats - To save on postage costs, these Hats will be packaged without a HatBox, if you would like to purchase a HatBox please email kerry@lovehatsmillinery.co.uk for additional cost quote
